Frankencake

I made a chocolate and almond cake the other day. Unfortunately in mine and Nicola's hurry to try a bit after it came out of the oven (I did let it cool for a little while) we tried to get the cake out of the cake tin a bit too early. The chocolate bits of it hadn't cooled enough and so bits of it sort of crumbled (i'm not really sure how to describe it). So here are a couple of pics of the slightly 'damaged' cake:



But my parents, sister and Hana said it tasted nice even if it is deformed.
