Driving theory

I passed my driving theory test this morning (had to get up at 6.30 because my dad was worried I wouldn't get there on time. I got there an hour early.) Strangely I quite enjoyed it and it was quite short. It was also quite funny (well I thought parts of it were anyway). Twice on the hazard perception videos I had sheep walking in front of my car, looking at me and then just walking off. There was also a woman prancing very strangely across the road. Embarrasingly I burst out laughing at these things which I don't think the other people doing their tests appreciated.

As I was leaving the test there was one person who I don't think understood the hazard test. They were going mad with the mouse clicking and screaming every few seconds (i guess whenever they saw some form of potential hazard).

So I guess now its time to start learning the practical side of driving. But it will have to wait till i'm back from the Czech Republic.

Who wants to shop when you can look?

Apparently now Tesco opens its doors half an hour early to cater for those who like to look around but not buy anything. Its true. I read it on a notice in Tescos.

Personally I don't get it. Who goes to Tescos to look around with no intention of buying any food? Is food that interesting?

I could blog.................but i'm too tired

I've got two days worth of stuff to blog as its certainly been a very busy last two days. However i've been too worn out to blog it and right now I just want to sleep so it will have to go on my blog tomorrow.............or the day after. Most of the blog entry for the last two days will revolve around my travelling blunders (again). That should give you some indication of why i'm worn out.

Tiredddddddd....................zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I'm tired and I've got a headache. I want to go to sleep but I can't be bothered because I know i'll just end up lying there awake for hours. So instead i'm watching Nick playing through Resident Evil 4 for the third time. I think he likes it.

I think something is trying to tell me not to buy anymore games online for a while because the site I wanted to buy Tales of Symphonia for the Gamecube from won't load up and hasn't loaded up since I decided to buy it.

In between watching nick play resident evil and writing up this blog entry I decided I take some silly pictures. You may see them in the next entry if my brain works enough to post them. You also may not.

I also found this while 'stumbling'. I thought it was hilarious (which makes me feel quite sadistic.............maybe there is some truth to my 'serial killer' nickname):

Driving Theory

I finally booked a driving theory test, giving myself a week and a bit to learn for it. I'll be doing it before I go to Czech but I don't think its long enough to fail and still fit in another test before I go. So I'll have to hope I pass it, otherwise it will be a while before I retry.

I took a mock and got 80% (failing as you need 85% to pass) which I think is pretty good seeing as I hadn't started learning yet. Then I took another mock. I got 57%. Not quite so good. So I've got quite a bit of work to do. Some of the questions are so blatant though and some of the multiple choice answers are just plain stupid. I really hope there aren't people out there who would call the police or find a different route to take if they encountered a sign by the road.
